Responsibilities

  • Build and grow partnerships with universities, business schools, and academic networks

  • Own the full partner journey: outreach, onboarding, delivery coordination, and long-term relationship management

  • Translate partner goals into clear campaign plans and deliverables with internal teams

  • Create structured communication, timelines, and updates that partners trust

  • Identify new collaboration formats and scale what works across regions and institutions

  • Represent Troy in calls, meetings, and partner presentations with confidence and clarity

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years in partnerships, university marketing, B2B account management, or a similar relationship-driven role

  • Strong communication skills with a professional, premium tone in writing and calls

  • Proven ability to manage multiple partners and projects in parallel without quality loss

  • High ownership mindset with reliable follow-through

  • Comfortable with structured outreach and relationship building

  • Fluent German and strong English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with universities, career services, student communities, or education networks

  • Strong presentation skills and confidence running workshops or info sessions

  • Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting marketing, or media products

  • CRM experience and clean pipeline management habits

  • Network in DACH academic or early-career ecosystems
