Responsibilities
Lead employer brand strategy across projects, from discovery to final direction
Create positioning, messaging frameworks, and employer value propositions
Translate insights into clear briefs, concepts, and creative routes
Run workshops and align stakeholders with a confident, structured process
Partner with design, copy, motion, and performance teams to deliver premium outcomes
Set quality standards, review work, and keep the bar consistently high
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in brand strategy, creative strategy, or campaign strategy
Strong portfolio of strategy-led work that became real campaigns or brand assets
Excellent communication skills with confident presentation ability
Proven ability to turn complexity into clear positioning and actionable briefs
High taste level and strong editorial judgment
Fluent English, strong German (or fluent German and strong English)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in employer branding, recruiting marketing, HR communication, or B2B brand work
Track record leading multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned
Workshop facilitation experience with senior stakeholders
Familiarity with performance principles, testing, and conversion-focused creative
Experience building repeatable brand systems, toolkits, and guidelines
