Responsibilities
Write premium copy for employer branding campaigns across web, social, video, print, and presentations
Develop brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice systems
Create headline systems, landing page copy, ad copy, scripts, and employer brand content
Edit and elevate existing copy to a consistent, high-end standard
Partner closely with strategy, design, motion, and performance teams to turn concepts into assets that convert
Keep quality high under deadlines, with clean structure, rhythm, and clarity
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years as a copywriter, senior copywriter, or content lead in a brand, studio, or agency environment
Strong portfolio showing campaign copy, long-form brand writing, and conversion-oriented assets
Excellent English writing skills, with strong German or fluent German with strong English
Strong grasp of brand voice, messaging, and positioning
Ability to write with authority, precision, and emotional pull without sounding generic
Reliable workflow, ownership mindset, and detail focus
Preferred Qualifications
Employer branding, HR communication, recruiting marketing, or B2B brand experience
Experience writing scripts for video, motion, and social formats
Experience working with brand guidelines and building copy toolkits for teams
Basic understanding of performance marketing copy testing and optimization
Experience interviewing stakeholders and turning interviews into strong narratives
