Responsibilities
• Own timelines, deliverables, and milestones across employer branding, content, and campaign projects
• Run internal coordination between strategy, copy, design, motion, and performance teams
• Lead client communication: updates, approvals, feedback loops, and decision points
• Build and maintain project plans, briefs, and documentation with clean structure
• Protect quality and scope while keeping delivery fast and reliable
• Identify bottlenecks early and solve them with clear priorities and calm execution
• Improve processes, templates, and workflows to scale production without quality loss
Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years in project management within creative production, brand, content, or campaign environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with strong prioritization
• Excellent organization, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience running approvals, revisions, and delivery workflows end to end
• High standards for clarity, reliability, and quality control
• Fluent German and strong English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in employer branding, recruiting marketing, HR communication, or B2B brand work
Familiarity with performance workflows, testing cycles, and iterative creative production
Experience with tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar systems
Budget and resource planning experience for creative teams and external contributors
Ability to spot creative risks early and raise the bar through better briefs and tighter review loops
