Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and others as needed)
Own budget allocation, targeting strategy, testing roadmap, and daily performance management
Work closely with creative to define angles, formats, and test variations that improve results
Build clear reporting and insights that translate into concrete next actions
Improve conversion paths across landing pages, forms, and tracking flows
Maintain clean campaign structure, naming conventions, and documentation for scale
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years in performance marketing with hands-on ownership of paid budgets
Proven track record in lead generation or recruiting marketing performance outcomes
Strong analytical skills and confidence with KPIs, attribution basics, and reporting
Practical experience with campaign testing and creative iteration loops
Structured, reliable working style with high ownership and high standards
Fluent English, strong German or fluent German with strong English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or HR-related funnels
Advanced tracking and analytics experience (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, server-side tracking basics)
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
Experience managing multi-market campaigns and localization
Ability to brief creatives with precision and evaluate creative quality beyond numbers
