Responsibilities
Create premium motion design and video edits for employer branding campaigns across social, web, and paid media
Own projects end to end, from storyboard and styleframes to animation, edit, and final delivery
Build motion systems, templates, and reusable components that scale without losing quality
Develop cutdowns and format adaptations for multiple platforms and aspect ratios
Collaborate with creative strategy, design, and copy to translate concepts into high-impact visuals
Maintain clean project files, predictable handoffs, and consistent output quality
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years in motion design and video editing with a strong portfolio
Advanced skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional workflow)
Strong sense of timing, typography, composition, and visual polish
Experience delivering multi-format assets and meeting deadlines reliably
Ability to work independently with clear ownership and high standards
Solid English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in employer branding, recruiting marketing, or brand campaign production
Skills in sound design, color grading, and footage cleanup
Experience with 3D workflows (Cinema 4D, Blender, Element 3D)
Experience creating motion templates for teams and scalable content pipelines
Strong German communication skills
